Our Team
Roger has 30+ years of public and private company executive leadership and board experience. He has completed over $20B of nationwide ventures, acquisitions, financings, and developments across multiple asset classes, including 11,000+ multifamily units in highly regulated, major urban markets. Roger has a BS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard.
Richard has 20+ years of experience in real estate spanning a broad array of roles. Specializing in urban multifamily, he focuses on helping firms optimize both investment performance and platform operating efficiencies. Before joining Revere, Richard has been the SVP of Portfolio Management at Veritas Investments, a Founder of RG Capital Partners, and VP of Real Estate Lending at Wells Fargo Bank. Richard has a BA from Harvard.
